THIS PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made between AMP Winter Guard & Percussion Corp,
208 South 36th Street, Camden, NJ 08105 (“AMP”), and

Participating as a performing member of AMP, I acknowledge and agree that:

I have no outstanding financial obligations with any other organization(s) and/or I agree that all financial obligations or arrangements will be paid in full, to such organization(s), before I may participate.
I will pay the non-refundable 2022 participation fee of Three Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($325.00). I agree to find travel arrangements to and from Dayton, OH during WGI World Championships.

I am financially responsible for the repair or the replacement of my uniform and equipment resulting from my careless or negligent use of these and any other AMP property while in my trust.
I understand participation fees are non-refundable; including in the event of Covid-19 shutdown.
I understand 2021 credit does not applied to the first payment of the season. Credit will be applied on the backend of the payment schedule.
I understand member specific fundraisers credit will be applied on the backend of the payment schedule.
I understand drugs and alcohol are not permitted at AMP’s rehearsals, camps, functions and competitions. I agree to fully abide by this policy.
I am aware that failure to meet any of the obligations or commitments described above, constitutes good cause for removal from AMP.
I understand body tights, dance belts, gloves, flip-flops, makeup, AMP jacket and face mask will be the member’s responsibility.
I understand how to conduct myself in a professional manner on and off the floor as a member of AMP.
I understand intentionally providing falsified information will result in dismissal.
